I understand if they didn't test for it, overlooked it, or it simply wasn't a high enough priority to be ready for the initial release but blowing it off entirely is going to frustrate a large portion of a market craving Madden. I am struggling to think of a single game that breaks controller support this way. Make and offer custom Draft Classes, plan your game methodology, progress your players and execute your strategy with all new positional prime examples in Franchise. Genuine Player Motion changes the manner in which you play Madden conveying you ongoing interaction control with exactness and aim. ![]() It's just what most people are likely to already have. Madden NFL 19 gives you game-changing control on and off the field. This is the kind of problem that's likely to impact many people considering that the Playstation 4 has the lions-share of the console market right now. My hope and expectation is to have small, easy to fix issues like this ironed out though. There's plenty of kinks that'll be worked out over time, I'm sure. By itself, the keyboard can be used to navigate all menus and play the game, with the mouse adding additional control over both menu navigation and gameplay. I'm willing to give a LOT of slack here, considering it's the first game in the franchise in 10 years for the platform. Madden NFL 20 on PC fully supports the Xbox One Wireless Controller and offers a new control scheme from the keyboard and mouse.
